For many years I represented a well-known German construction company in national and international joint ventures. You can benefit from my vast experience, mainly in other European countries, combined with a large network with almost all parties involved in construction business.
Universal building competence
When I graduated from high school, it was already clear that I would become an engineer. After getting educated as a surveying officer in the German Army, I studied civil engineering in Bochum. With the experience of 5 years in statics and construction I entered the well-known construction industry and handled almost all kinds of projects. After some stations the way led to HEITKAMP. With the acquisition of a major foreign project I went to Finland for several years as project manager for the construction of a nuclear power plant. The experience under the almost highest imaginable quality requirements formed the basis for the acquisition and bid processing of almost all European nuclear power plant projects in national and international joint ventures, first within the ZECH and later the Renaissance Group.
Since 2018 I have been using my manifold experiences for my own company Mellor Bauconsulting GmbH and my own customers. The first assignments, now in the field of renewable energies, led to the other side of the desk to successfully handle international wind energy projects as a client representative.
